Väyrynen will travel to Oslo to chair the Meeting of Nordic Ministers for Foreign Trade and Development

Minister for Foreign Trade and Development Paavo Väyrynen will chair the meeting of Nordic Ministers for Foreign Trade and Development, to be organised in Oslo on 31 October. The meeting will be held in connection with the 59th Annual Session of the Nordic Council. The topics of discussion between the ministers for foreign trade will include the status of WTO negotiations and the Russian WTO accession process, trade and development questions, ETA affairs, expansion of the OECD, and innovation and competition affairs from a Nordic and European point of view.
