Foreign Minister Tuomioja’s statement on the border agreements between Estonia and Russia

Estonian Foreign Minister Urmas Paet and Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov have today, 18 February signed agreements on the land and sea borders between Estonia and Russia.

Finland has carefully followed the progress of these agreement negotiations. “I am very pleased that the border negotiations have reached an outcome that satisfies both countries, Foreign Minister Erkki Tuomioja states.
