Foreign Minister Tuomioja to attend the 20th anniversary celebration of the Finnish Institute in St. Petersburg

Foreign Minister Erkki Tuomioja will visit St. Petersburg on 17 May. Tuomioja will participate in the 20th anniversary celebration of the Finnish Institute in St. Petersburg. During his trip the Foreign Minister will also meet with representatives of civil society organisations.

In its 20-year history, the Finnish Institute in St. Petersburg has made a unique contribution to the promotion of Finnish culture, science and art exports to Russia. The celebration will take place in the newly renovated Finland House in St. Petersburg, which has successfully brought together dozens of Finnish actors.
