Foreign Minister Stubb to attend the meeting of Nordic foreign ministers in Stockholm

Foreign Minister Alexander Stubb will take part in the meeting of Nordic foreign ministers in Stockholm on 17–18 April. The meeting will begin on 17 April with the foreign ministers’ working dinner, where Nordic cooperation on security policy in neighbouring regions will be discussed.

The discussions to be held on Friday, 18 April are divided into two parts. Nordic participation in international operations, present developments in the Arctic region and EU enlargement will be discussed in the morning. M.K. Narayanan, National Security Adviser to the Prime Minister of India, will be a guest at the second part of the discussions. The theme of the talks will be India as a global actor and India’s cooperation with Europe.
