Foreign Minister Alexander Stubb condemns the violence against the Turkish Embassy

Minister for Foreign Affairs Stubb condemns the violent act against the Turkish Embassy that took place on 21 October and assures that Finland has a very serious attitude towards the obligation, laid down in the rules of international law, to ensure the safety of foreign missions and their staff in Finland.
The door of the Turkish Embassy was set on fire during the early hours of the morning on 21 October. The fire destroyed the door, and one foreign mission staff member required hospital treatment. The police are investigating the incident.
