Riikka Manner new Press Attaché to Foreign Trade and Development Minister Väyrynen

Minister for Foreign Trade and Development Paavo Väyrynen has appointed Riikka Manner (née Pakarinen) as his Press Attaché. Before starting at the Ministry for Foreign Affairs, Manner worked as an assistant to Finnish MP Eero Reijonen at the Finnish Parliament.

Manner is 26 years of age and holds a degree of Master of Social Sciences and Master of Economic Sciences. She has been involved in politics herself, acting at present as Councillor at the Town Council of Varkaus.
