Cabinet Committee on Foreign and Security Policy discussed Nordic cooperation

On Moday, 31 October, the President of the Republic and the Cabinet Committee on Foreign and Security Policy discussed ways to develop Nordic foreign and security policy cooperation. Finland holds the chairmanship of the informal body for Nordic foreign and security policy cooperation in 2011.

The final foreign ministers' meeting during the Finnish chairmanship will take place in Copenhagen on 2 November. The meeting will discuss the establishment of a Nordic network of information security authorities, ways to increase cooperation between foreign administrations and key foreign policy issues.
