Finland submitted its report to the UN Committee on the Elimination of Racial Discrimination

Finland submitted the combined 17th-19th periodic reports of the Finnish government on the implementation of the Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Racial Discrimination to the Office of the UN High Commissioner for Human Rights. The previous, 16th report, was submitted in 2001.

The report entails a summarised account of the development for elimination of racial discrimination in Finland in recent years. The Committee will presumably handle the report towards the end of 2008.
