No hostage situation at the Finnish Honorary Consulate General in Istanbul

Turkish news agency Cihan told today that "a man took a staff member hostage at the Finnish consulate building in Istanbul". This was false alarm.
The question was about an incident at the Consulate General of Finland where the police subdued a difficult client and took him out of the premises. The official at the Consulate General was behind a safety glass and no one was in danger.
