Development of international sea and air situation data cooperation relating to Finland’s territorial surveillance

On Friday, 25 April, the President of the Republic and the Cabinet Committee on Foreign and Security Policy was given information on the development of international sea and air situation data cooperation which relates to Finland’s territorial surveillance.

The meeting also discussed the agreement between the governments of Finland and the United States on the reciprocal principles in defence procurement. Finland and the US have concluded the negotiations concerning re-signing of the agreement concluded in 1991.
