Minister Stubb to St. Petersburg

Minister for European Affairs and Foreign Trade Alexander Stubb will visit St. Petersburg on Wednesday 30 May. Minister Stubb will participate in the Finnish Business in St. Petersburg event, organised by the Finnish-Russian Chamber of Commerce, which will bring together representatives from more than 100 Finnish companies. The companies will showcase Finnish competencies to the St, Petersburg area decision-makers and business life representatives.

During his visit Minister Stubb will have bilateral talks with Governor of Leningrad Region Alexander Drozdenko. The topic of discussion will be promotion of economic cooperation between Finland and the Leningrad Region. In addition, Stubb will meet representatives of Finnish and foreign companies operating in St. Petersburg and participate in the 100-year jubilee of YIT in St. Petersburg.
