A hundred years of foreign policy – Foreign Ministry's public event in Turku

The Ministry for Foreign Affairs marks its centenary year by presenting its activities in events organised in different parts of Finland. On Wednesday 9 May, a public event will be held in Turku City Library.

The topics of the event will be Finland in Europe and around the world, Team Finland services for Finnish companies, provided by the Ministry for Foreign Affairs, and the Ministry's consular services.

Permanent Secretary of State Matti Anttonen, Counsellor for Foreign Affairs Okko-Pekka Salmimies and Ambassador for 100-year-old Ministry for Foreign Affairs Petri Salo will be present and speak at the event.

The event in Turku City Library, Linnankatu 2, will start at 14.30.

The special guests from the Ministry for Foreign Affairs will also visit the Turku Classical Upper Secondary School.
