Responsibilities of mission
The Embassy of Finland is an official representative of the Finnish Government in Lithuania.
The task of the Embassy is to
give information on Lithuania to political and economic decision makers in Finland
enhance and strengthen trade and internationalisation of Finnish companies
promote Finnish culture
assist Finnish citizens in Lithuania
Finland has a Liaison Office in Minsk, Belarus. The office operates under the Embassy of Finland in Vilnius.
In addition, a Police Nordic Senior Specialist covering Lithuania, Belarus and Ukraine operates in the Embassy.
