INFORMATION FOR IRANIAN STUDENTS PLANNING TO STUDY IN ESTONIA
As of July 1st 2016, according to the Schengen rules and regulations, all Iranian students planning to travel to Estonia for their long-term studies (that means, studies lasting over 90 days) are advised to apply for their residence permit at the Estonian Embassy in Ankara, Turkey.

FM of the Islamic Republic of Iran, Dr. Mohammad Javad Zarif, visited Helsinki
The Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Islamic Republic of Iran, Dr. Mohammad Javad Zarif, visited Helsinki on 30-31 May 2016. The last time an Iranian Foreign Minister visited Finland was in 2007. Finland´s former Foreign Minister, Erkki Tuomioja, visited Iran in August 2014.
