Applying for a visa in Indonesia
Finland has outsourced the submission of visa applications in Indonesia. Finland Visa Application Centres are maintained by VFS Global in Jakarta and Bali.
An appointment for the Visa Application Centre can be booked in advance, the application can be filled online, and the applicant can request the passport to be returned to the desired address in Indonesia by courier. The appointment booking at the Visa Application Centre is not mandatory and the Centre also serves walk-in customers.
The applicant must always submit the application in person and must give his or her biometrics. The Visa Application Centre charges a service fee for each application. The Embassy of Finland processes the applications and makes all the visa decisions.
To submit a visa application, the applicant may book an appointment on the VFS Global website(Linkki toiselle web-sivustolle.) (avautuu uuteen ikkunaan), by email [email protected] or by calling the Call Centre +6 221 30418714. The Call Centre operates in Bahasa and English.
