Embassy closed on 22.6. and 25.6.
The Embassy of Finland in Zagreb will be closed on June 22 and 25 due to national holidays. On June 22 Croatians celebrate Antifascist Fight Day, while as June 25 is Croatian’s Statehood Day. Also the most awaited holiday of the Finnish summer, Midsummer, takes place the same weekend.

Finnish Boys Choir to Perform in Zagreb on June 15th
Cantores Minores, the Helsinki Cathedral Boy’s Choir is the oldest and most famous choir of boys and young men in Finland. The concert will include works by great composers such as and Johann Sebastian Bach and Heinrich Schutz, Finnish music from the Middle Ages to contemporary composers and works on the organ. In addition to Zagreb, this Finnish choir is also conducting concerts in Slovakia, Hungary, Slovenia, Austria and Germany.

Erasmus agreement signed between Finnish and Croatian academies of fine arts
Dean Slavomir Drinković and Vice Dean Peruško Bogdanić of the Academy of Fine Arts in Zagreb visited Finland from May 2 to May 6 2010. This visit is the result of the last year’s visit of the Curator Darko Glavan of the Mimara museum during which the cooperation between the art academies of Finland and Croatia was initiated.
