Finnish women competing in javelin in action

Finnish women in javelin in Paralympics are in excellent shape.

Finland won two medals - gold and bronze - on Friday 24th September
At Olympic stadium Marjaana Väre won gold medal in javelin throw F42-46 with 1037 points and Tiina Ala-Aho won bronze in javelin in F33/34/52/53.

"I am very happy. I've been training for so many years. I've been competing, at first in swimming then in athletics and now it is paying off. I'm winning medals every year."
