Advance voting in Greece for the parliamentary elections of 2015

Advance voting for the parliamentary elections of spring 2015 is possible in Greece from 8th to 11th April. NO voting on 10th April due to orthodox Good Friday. 

The parliamentary elections take place in Finland on Sunday, 19 April.

The following advance polling stations will be open in Greece:

On 22 January 2015 the Government decided on the general advance polling stations to be established abroad for the parliamentary elections in April. The Ministry for Foreign Affairs is responsible for organizing advance voting abroad.

Finnish diplomatic missions and their offices serve as general advance polling stations. The number of polling stations is 233 in a total of 89 countries. Every Finnish citizen who has reached the age of 18 years not later than on Election Day is entitled to vote in the 2015 parliamentary elections regardless of the place of residence.

A passport or other official identity card must be presented at the polling station. It is also good to take the notice of your right to vote with you, but it is also possible to vote without it.

A person entitled to vote who lives abroad will be notified by post if the register office of his or her last place of residence in Finland has the correct address.
