Foreign Secretary William Hague's Speech at the Conference of Finnish Heads of Mission.

At the invitation of Foreign Minister Alexander Stubb, Secretary of State for Foreign & Commonwealth Affairs William Hague of the UK will visit Finland on Monday, 23 August.
