Portable passport unit in Edinburgh 2.-4.6.2021 and Manchester 18.–19.6.2021

The Embassy of Finland will process passport and ID card applications in Edinburgh between Wednesday 2 June and Friday 4 June 2021 and in Manchester between Friday 18 June and Saturday 19 June. Appointments must be made in advance.

The appointments in Edinburgh (2.–4.6.2021) will be at the Apex Grassmarket Hotel, 31-35 Grassmarket, Edinburgh EH1 2HS and

in Manchester (18.-19.6.2021) at LaReserve-Aparthotel,7 Ducie Street Manchester M1 2JB.

Due to limited availability, priority will be given to customers with difficulties travelling to London and for those who require a valid travel document for the EU Settlement Scheme application.

Passports and ID cards must be applied for in person and it is necessary to make an appointment beforehand.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the local authorities can impose restrictions regarding travel and events with short notice. The Embassy reserves the right to cancel/postpone the trip.
