Private screening of Ailo’s Journey on 15th December in London

Embassy of Finland in London is organising a private screening of the film Ailo's Journey(Link to another website.). The screening will take place in Hackney Picturehouse on Sunday, 15th December at 10am. The screening is part of Finland's programme during our Presidency of the Council of the EU. 

Ailo's Journey is a wonderful film adventure for the whole family. It takes place in the astonishing unspoilt nature of an Arctic Lapland never seen before. Throughout his journey, the frail and vulnerable newborn reindeer must overcome the ordeals that stand in the way of his first year of life and his first long trek as the herd migrates. Ailo’s Journey is filmed with untamed animals in their natural surroundings.

The film is in Finnish with English subtitles. Suitable for children over 7 years old. 

Admission is free of charge but tickets are limited. You can book your ticket from 10am on Thursday, 5th December. One ticket per person, each participant will have to register separately. Pre-booking is compulsory.
