Finland started testing a Basic Income Scheme from the beginning of 2017. Testing has drawn a lot of international attention, including in media.

Professor, Research Director Olli Kangas headed the research team in charge of the preparations and proposals that led to testing.

He will present the Finnish Basic Income Scheme at the Permanent Representation of Finland to the European Union (Avenue de Cortenbergh 80, B-1000 Brussels)

on Thursday, 2nd of March 2017 at 10 o'clock.

Warmly welcome to attend the event!

As there only are a limited number of seats available, please confirm your participation as soon aspossible to Ms Pirjo Kytölä by e-mail ([email protected]).

The seats will be probably taken rapidly and are allocated to the fastest.
