French Foreign Minister Védrine to Finland

Mr Hubert Védrine, Foreign Minister of France, will visit Finland on Monday, December 17 at the invitation of Foreign Minister Erkki Tuomioja. The ministers will discuss the current EU issues, NATO enlargement, actions against terrorism and the situation in Afghanistan and regional questions. During the visit Foreign Minister Védrine will also meet with President of the Republic Tarja Halonen and Prime Minister Paavo Lipponen.
