Foreign Minister Stubb to visit Copenhagen

Foreign Minister Alexander Stubb will make a visit to Copenhagen on Tuesday, 16 November. He will meet with Danish Foreign Minister Lene Espersen and give a talk on the European Union at the seminar “Bouncing Back? EU Foreign Policy in a New World Order”, one of the Lighthouse Europe series of events organized by the Danish Institute for International Studies, DIIS, within the University of Copenhagen.

The foreign ministers will discuss topical EU matters and foreign policy issues as well as cooperation related to these topics. They will concentrate on such topical matters as Arctic issues, NATO’s new strategic concept, Afghanistan, the Middle East and Russia. The Danish Presidency of the EU, to take place in 2012, and the European External Action Service will also be on the agenda.
