Invitation to a video campaign for Finnish companies operating in China

This year we celebrate the 70th anniversary of the bilateral trade agreement between Finland and China. As part of the anniversary year, the Embassy of Finland in Beijing and the Consulate General of Finland in Shanghai will produce a video campaign on the experiences of Finnish companies operating in the Chinese market. If your company is interested in participating in the campaign, please contact us by 31 August 2023.

The campaign consists of six short videos. Each video presents the China story of one Finnish company. The campaign is financed by the Ministry for Foreign Affairs and the videos are produced in collaboration with a Chinese production company. The videos will be filmed in Shanghai in September 2023. The videos will be published on the missions’ Weibo, Instagram and Facebook channels in Chinese and English. In addition, the missions may present them at receptions in 2023 and 2024.

If there are more than six interested companies, the Embassy of Finland in Beijing and the Consulate General of Finland in Shanghai reserve the right to select a representative sample of Finnish companies in China.
