I travel to Finland via Sweden from a country where internal border controls have already been lifted. Am I allowed to arrive in Finland for leisure travel?

According to the Finnish Border Guard, internal border controls have been restored for travel between Finland and Sweden until 11 August 2020, except for travel by pleasure craft.

If you arrive via Sweden, it must be kept in mind that in travel between Finland and Sweden only return travel, work-related commuting, and other essential travel are permitted. Border controls between Finland and Sweden have been lifted in travel by pleasure craft between Finland and Sweden, and unrestricted travel is possible.

Restrictions on border traffic concern the involved countries and do not depend on the entrant's nationality. For example, if a Norwegian travels to Finland through Sweden, he or she is subject to the same restrictions and quarantine instructions as a Swedish citizen arriving from Sweden. Finnish citizens and their family members can arrive in Finland from all countries. Self-quarantine is recommended for those arriving in Finland from countries subject to internal border control.
