Finland is celebrating its independence
Finland achieved its independence at the end of 1917. This came about partly as a consequence of the First World War and partly because society had gradually matured to the idea of seeking independence in the aftermath of the fall of the monarchy in March 1917.
Conference on the 100th anniversary of the establishment of the diplomatic relations between Finland and Bulgaria
This year Finland and Bulgaria mark 100 years of bilateral diplomatic relations. A conference dedicated to the anniversary was held on 3 October 2018 in the Antarctica Hall of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
