The Ministry for Foreign Affairs and Finland's Embassy in Brussels have activated their crisis organisations in response to the Brussels attacks. The Foreign Ministry has not been reported of Finns among the injured.
Finnish citizens staying in Brussels are urged to avoid public places, to observe the guidelines given by the local authorities and, before travelling, to register at www.matkustusilmoitus.fiLink to another website. to ensure that the Finnish authorities can reach them if necessary. The Finnish citizens who have registered with the Ministry have been contacted already.
