Minister for Foreign Trade and Development Paula Lehtomäki to Hague and Brussels

Paula Lehtomäki, Minister for Foreign Trade and Development travels to Hague on Wednesday, July 12. She will give a presentation about the priorities of Finland's EU presidency in Clingendael, Netherlands Institute of International Relations.

Lehtomäki travels to Hague from Brussels, where she attends the hearings of three committees of the European Parliament. Lehtomäki will hold discussions with the members of the Development Committee (DEVE) and the Constitutional Affairs Committee (AFCO) on Tuesday, July 11 and with members of the International Trade Committee (INTA) on Wednesday, July 12. In the hearings discussions will be held between the European Parliamentary Committees and the country of presidency about the agenda and goals of Finland's presidential term.

In Brussels Lehtomäki will also meet Rama Krishna Sithanen, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Finance & Economic Development of Mauritius as well as members of the Finnish EU network.
